Privacy Policy

Last updated: April 30, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how TSInovSolutions (“we,” “us”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you use letaimy.com and Aimy (the “Service”), including AI-assisted budgeting, insights, and optional financial account connections.

1. Who We Are and Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how TSInovSolutions (“we,” “us,” “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you use Aimy, letaimy.com, and related applications and services (collectively, the “Service”). It applies to visitors, registered users, and anyone who interacts with Aimy AI features.

This policy should be read together with our Terms of Service. Capitalized terms used here have the same meaning as in the Terms unless we define them differently below.

2. Personal Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information, depending on how you use the Service:

  • Account and profile: email address, name (if you provide it), authentication identifiers (such as user ID), password hash, OAuth profile details from sign-in providers where you choose them, and preferences (for example, language or currency).
  • Financial and budgeting data: accounts, balances, transactions (amount, date, merchant, category, notes, receipts or attachments you upload), budgets, recurring rules, goals, and other information you enter or import.
  • AI interactions: messages and prompts you send to Aimy, assistant responses, tool usage metadata, and limited conversation context needed to operate and improve AI features safely.
  • Technical and usage data: IP address, device and browser type, operating system, app version, diagnostics, performance logs, approximate location derived from IP, and analytics events that help us understand how the Service is used.
  • Support and communications: information you provide when you contact us (for example via contact forms or email), including your message content and contact details.
  • Payment-related data: subscription and billing are processed by Stripe. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers; we may receive limited billing status, subscription tier, and transaction references from our payment processor.

3. How We Use Personal Information

We use personal information to:

  • Provide and operate the Service: create and secure your account; sync, display, and process your financial data; run budgeting, goals, insights, reports, and notifications.
  • Operate AI features: generate responses, summaries, categorizations, and proactive insights; maintain safety, accuracy, and abuse prevention for Aimy.
  • Improve the Service: troubleshoot, analyze usage in aggregate or de-identified form where possible, develop new features, and measure performance.
  • Communicate with you: transactional emails (security alerts, billing, product updates that affect your account); with your consent where required, marketing or product messages you can opt out of.
  • Process payments: manage subscriptions and entitlements through Stripe and related systems.
  • Security and compliance: detect fraud and abuse, enforce our Terms, comply with law, and protect the rights, safety, and integrity of users and TSInovSolutions.

4. Legal Bases (EEA, UK, and Switzerland)

If you are in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we rely on one or more of:

  • Performance of a contract — to provide the Service you requested.
  • Legitimate interests — to secure the Service, improve features, analyze usage in a balanced way, and communicate about the Service, where not overridden by your rights.
  • Consent — where required for optional cookies, certain marketing, or specific AI or data uses we describe at collection.
  • Legal obligation — where we must retain or disclose data to comply with law.

5. AI Processing and Automated Outputs

When you use Aimy, we process prompts and related financial context with AI systems and related safeguards. Outputs may be generated automatically and may be imperfect; they are intended to support your understanding of your own data, not to replace professional advice.

We implement technical and organizational measures to limit misuse and protect your information. Avoid submitting special categories of data or highly sensitive secrets in chat unless the Service explicitly asks for them for a defined purpose.

6. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We and our partners may use cookies, local storage, pixels, and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences (such as language), maintain session security, measure performance, and understand aggregate usage. You can control cookies through your browser or device settings; some features may not work correctly if you disable essential cookies.

Where required by law, we will obtain consent before using non-essential cookies or similar tracking and provide a way to change your choices.

7. How We Share Information and Subprocessors

We share personal information with the following types of recipients as needed to run the Service:

  • AI providers (such as OpenAI): to process prompts and context to generate AI outputs, subject to our agreements and safeguards.
  • Payment processors (Stripe): to bill subscriptions and handle payment events.
  • Hosting, database, and infrastructure (for example cloud and edge providers): to store and deliver the Service.
  • Email and transactional messaging: to send account and security communications.
  • Analytics and observability: to monitor reliability and diagnose errors.
  • Financial data aggregators / open banking: when you choose to link accounts, according to their terms and the permissions you grant.

We require service providers to use personal information only for the purposes we specify and to implement appropriate confidentiality and security measures. We may also disclose information if required by law, legal process, or government request; to enforce our agreements; or to protect the rights, property, or safety of TSInovSolutions, our users, or others.

We do not sell your personal information for money and we do not sell your financial data for third-party marketing in the traditional sense of “selling” personal data. We may use analytics or advertising technologies on marketing pages in line with this policy and applicable consent requirements.

8. Financial Account Linking

If you connect bank or other financial accounts, the connection is established through third-party providers. Those providers’ privacy notices and terms govern how they handle credentials and data on their side. We receive only the account and transaction data needed to provide features you enable, as permitted by your authorization.

Where we describe connections as read-only for insights, that reflects the intended integration design; you should always review the permissions presented when you link an institution.

9. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations (for example tax or accounting rules), resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

When you request deletion, we will delete or anonymize personal information where feasible, unless we must retain certain data for legitimate legal or security reasons. Backup copies may persist for a limited period before being overwritten.

10. Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information, including encryption in transit (such as HTTPS/TLS), access controls, and monitoring. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. International Data Transfers

TSInovSolutions is based in the United States. If you access the Service from other countries, your information may be processed in the U.S. and in other countries where our service providers operate. Those countries may have different data protection laws than your own.

Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers (such as standard contractual clauses or equivalent mechanisms) and additional measures as appropriate.

12. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

  • Access, correct, or update your personal information;
  • Request deletion of your personal information;
  • Request a copy of your data in a portable format, where applicable;
  • Object to or restrict certain processing, including direct marketing;
  • Withdraw consent where processing was based on consent;
  • Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in your country.

To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@letaimy.com. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling requests. You may also manage some information directly in the Service (for example account settings or data export where available).

13. U.S. State Privacy Rights

If you are a resident of certain U.S. states with comprehensive privacy laws, you may have additional rights (such as access, deletion, correction, or opt-out of certain processing). To exercise rights under those laws, contact privacy@letaimy.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights where prohibited by law.

California residents: we do not “sell” or “share” personal information as those terms are defined in the CCPA / CPRA in the way those laws describe commercial sale of data; we may use analytics on our properties as described in this policy. You may request more detail about categories of data we collect and disclose as required by California law.

14. Children’s Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under the age where parental consent is required in your jurisdiction, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have collected information from a child inappropriately, contact us at privacy@letaimy.com and we will take appropriate steps.

15. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version on the Service and update the “Last updated” date. If changes are material, we will provide additional notice where appropriate (such as email or an in-app message).
