Terms of Service

Last updated: March 30, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Aimy (“we,” “us,” or “the Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Aimy provides personal finance tools, including budgeting, goals, transactions, notifications, and AI-assisted features. Features may vary by plan. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service with reasonable notice when practicable.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Service.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to access unauthorized data, interfere with the Service, scrape or overload our systems, or use the Service for unlawful purposes. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

4. AI and financial information

AI outputs are for informational purposes only and are not financial, tax, legal, or investment advice. You should verify important decisions independently. We do not guarantee accuracy or completeness of AI-generated content.

5. Fees and subscriptions

Paid plans, trials, and billing are described at checkout and in your account settings. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable except as required by law. You may cancel subscriptions according to the process shown in the app.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aimy and its suppliers are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits or data. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or fifty dollars (USD$50), whichever is greater, where permitted by law.
