Terms of Service

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and TSInovSolutions (“we,” “us,” “our”) governing your access to and use of Aimy and related websites, apps, and services offered through letaimy.com (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

If you use the Service on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

We may modify these Terms or the Service from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice as appropriate (for example, by email, in-app notice, or by updating the “Last updated” date above). Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, except where applicable law requires your explicit consent.

We may add, change, or discontinue features; planned maintenance or outages may occur. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Aimy provides personal finance tools—such as budgeting, goals, transaction tracking, insights, notifications, and AI-assisted features—to help you understand your money. The Service is for your personal, non-commercial use unless we agree otherwise in writing.

We are not a bank, broker-dealer, investment adviser, credit counselor, tax advisor, or insurer. We do not hold your funds in our own accounts as a bank would, do not move money on your behalf unless you separately use a clearly labeled payment flow we operate with a licensed processor, and do not provide individualized financial, tax, or legal advice.

Any insights, forecasts, categorizations, summaries, or suggestions—including from Aimy AI—are informational only. You are solely responsible for your financial decisions.

You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live (typically at least the age of majority) to use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of someone else, you represent that you are authorized to do so.

You agree to provide accurate account information and to keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at contact@letaimy.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

The Service may allow you to connect financial accounts or import data through third-party aggregators, open-banking providers, or similar integrations. Those connections are subject to the third parties’ terms and privacy policies. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party products, accuracy of data they provide, or their availability.

Where we describe bank connections as read-only for insights, that reflects how the integration is designed; you should still review permissions shown during linking. Payments and subscriptions may be processed by Stripe or other processors under their terms and ours at checkout.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for personal purposes. You may not sell, rent, sublicense, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract source code from the Service except as permitted by law.

You retain ownership of content and data you submit. You grant us a worldwide license to host, process, transmit, display, and create derivative improvements as needed to operate, secure, and improve the Service and AI features—consistent with our Privacy Policy.

You agree not to:

• Violate law or third-party rights;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, other users’ data, or integrations;
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service (including introducing malware or unreasonable load);
• Circumvent security, usage limits, or billing controls;
• Use the Service to transmit unlawful, harassing, fraudulent, or deceptive content;
• Scrape or bulk-collect data from the Service without our written consent;
• Use the Service to develop a competing product using similar automated extraction.

We may investigate abuse and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create risk for users or us.

Artificial intelligence and automation may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated results. AI outputs are not reviewed by us as personalized advice. Do not rely on Aimy as your sole source for tax, legal, investment, or credit decisions.

You should not submit highly sensitive information (such as government IDs, full payment card numbers, or passwords for unrelated services) into chat or forms unless the Service explicitly requests it for a defined purpose.

Certain features may be free; others may require a paid subscription or one-time fee as shown at checkout or in your account. Prices, taxes, and plan details are presented before you confirm payment.

Renewals. Paid plans may renew automatically until canceled through the method described in the app or billing emails.

Refunds. Unless otherwise stated at purchase or required by law, fees are non-refundable. If you believe a charge is in error, contact us promptly at contact@letaimy.com.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, ACCURATE, OR UNINTERRUPTED, OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TSINOVSOLUTIONS AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE, OR (B) FIFTY U.S. DOLLARS (USD $50), EXCEPT WHERE LAW DOES NOT ALLOW SUCH LIMITATIONS (FOR EXAMPLE, LIABILITY FOR GROSS NEGLIGENCE OR WILLFUL MISCONDUCT, OR MANDATORY CONSUMER RIGHTS IN YOUR JURISDICTION).

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TSInovSolutions and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of applicable law or third-party rights—except to the extent caused by our willful misconduct.

You may stop using the Service at any time and may request account deletion as described in our Privacy Policy or in-app settings where available.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you materially breach these Terms, create security or legal risk, or if we are required to do so by law. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnity, and governing law) will survive termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except that if you are a consumer habitually resident in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland, mandatory consumer protections of your country may also apply.

Subject to applicable law, you and TSInovSolutions agree that the state and federal courts located in Delaware will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of these Terms or the Service, unless a different venue is required by mandatory consumer law where you live.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional terms presented at purchase, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.

You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
